About Mind ON Movement
Mind ON Movement is dedicated to re-educating you on how to end pain and loss of muscle function due to injury and the accumulation of time (aging) and stress.
Your birthright is a survival program that you used to learn to walk. This was the beginning of your sensory motor awareness. Once this was achieved your attention and focus changed and you slowly lost interest in this program. Your sensory motor awareness had changed into sensory motor amnesia.
Applying the techniques developed by Dr. Thomas Hanna in 1990, you can reawaken this original program. Sensory motor awareness allows you to heal past injuries and to correct adaptations caused by your current lifestyle. These adaptations can include driver’s knee, dominant-side repetitive movement, computer hunch, and stress..
Mind ON Movement re-develops your skill to restore effortless and fluid movement for the rest of your life no matter your age or abilities. This technique is relaxing, easy to do, and it will improve your brain and body function.
Mind ON Movement is an education not a therapy. Going through this program will enable you to take back control of your body and your future. You will become better with age like all things in nature
